What if healing didn't have to feel so hard or take so long?
What if the most tender parts of your story weren’t something you dreaded, but something you felt supported and even curious to explore?
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers a gentle yet powerful way to access the parts of yourself that once felt overwhelming—while your body remains deeply regulated and safe.
Through guided journey work and whole-person integration, we help you release patterns that may have felt stuck for years and reconnect with your natural capacity to heal, opening the door to greater clarity, freedom, and self-compassion.

a new approach to healing
Preparation & Integration
The journey does not begin or end with the medicine. It is shaped by how you prepare, the intention you set, and the space you enter. Set and setting prepare the soil. When this foundation is tended with care, the mind becomes more open and receptive, allowing the medicine to land more deeply and meaningfully. The medicine plants the seed, but what grows depends on how it is nurtured. Through integration, we tend to what has been revealed, creating space for insight to take root and unfold over time. In this way, the work becomes embodied. It is not just something you experience, but something that continues to grow within you.
Guided Ketamine Journeys
Experience guided ketamine journeys where the body softens, the ego quiets, and awareness expands beyond the familiar. Each session begins with intention and a grounding meditation, then opens into a music-led, inward journey with no talking, allowing you to fully drop into your inner world and the natural unfolding of the experience. In this state, you can explore past pain or emotional heaviness from a place of grounded awareness, held in safety and presence. As the mind quiets, space opens to connect with your inner wisdom and the greater energy of the universe. What arises is not forced, but revealed, as you attune to the intelligence within you.
Intuitively Led
Each experience is thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are, honoring your story, your pace, and the quiet wisdom within you. This is a collaborative process rooted in deep listening, where your intuition is not only welcomed, but trusted as a guiding force. As you soften into your own inner knowing, the path begins to reveal itself, unfolding in alignment with who you truly are. You are not being led away from yourself, but gently guided back home to your truth, your clarity, and the deeper intelligence within you.
Trauma-Informed Care
Safety is the foundation that allows true healing to unfold. You are held in a compassionate, attuned space where every part of you is welcome. With a trauma-informed approach, we move gently, allowing your nervous system to soften, trust, and open. From this place, curiosity can emerge. What once felt too activating can be approached with greater steadiness and support, allowing you to revisit these places with presence and compassion. Here, you can gently return to what once felt overwhelming, held in presence, safety, and support.
Holistic Approach
This work goes beyond the mind. As the nervous system settles, many experience a reconnection that feels both grounding and expansive, where clarity and inner knowing begin to emerge. Through integration, you are guided to work with the mind, body, and spirit so insight becomes embodied. Practices like journaling, breathwork, somatic movement, and meditation support this process, helping you connect with your inner wisdom and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion. This approach also invites a deeper connection to something greater — your sense of meaning, your relationships, and your connection to source.
Lasting Change
Many people arrive feeling stuck in familiar patterns or carrying emotional weight for years, often exhausted from trying to think their way through it. Through this process, something begins to shift. Ketamine increases neuroplasticity and quiets the brain’s default mode network, creating a window where the mind becomes less rigid and more open. In this state, old patterns can loosen, and new pathways begin to form, making it easier for new ways of thinking, feeling, and being to take root. Clients often reconnect with a deeper sense of self, feeling clearer, more open, and aligned with their truth. Change becomes sustainable — no longer confined by old patterns, but guided by who you are becoming.

How Ketamine Works
Research shows that ketamine can produce rapid and meaningful shifts in mood, often within hours or days, especially for those who have felt stuck despite years of traditional approaches.
Rewire Your Brain
Ketamine works on the brain’s glutamate system as an NMDA receptor inhibitor, creating a rapid shift in brain activity and opening a window where the mind becomes more flexible and receptive to change.
Quiet Your Mind
Ketamine softens the default mode network, the part of the brain linked to rumination and self-criticism. As this activity quiets, many experience a sense of spaciousness and relief from repetitive thought loops.
Build New Pathways
This process increases neuroplasticity and boosts BDNF, often called “fertilizer for the brain,” helping new neural connections form and strengthen.
Expand Your Awareness
In this more open state, it becomes easier to access deeper layers of awareness. Insight arises more naturally, often described as a shift from thinking into witnessing.
Together, these effects create a powerful window of transformation. The brain becomes more open, the nervous system more receptive, and the inner landscape more accessible. From this place, new patterns can take root — not forced, but emerging naturally as you reconnect with your truth and a deeper way of being.
welcome friends,
my name is Sarah Burnett
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist, Somatic Coach and first, a client of this work. Everything I offer is something I have walked through myself. Not just studied, lived. My path into healing deepened while living in Southeast Asia, where I was first introduced to psychedelics. That experience did not just change me, it clarified my purpose and reshaped the way I understand healing. Years later, after extensive training in trauma therapy, hypnosis, and somatic facilitation, I felt called to ketamine therapy as the next step in my own journey. What I experienced was different. For the first time, I could revisit past wounds without being overwhelmed, held in a deeply regulated state with clarity and compassion instead of reactivity. From both a personal and clinical lens, I knew something profound was happening. Within a year, I completed my own ketamine therapy journey and trained in this work. It transformed not only my healing, but my entire practice. I have never believed healing should take decades of managing symptoms. It does not have to feel heavy, painful, or something you dread. What if it was something you felt ready for, even drawn toward? Through ketamine assisted therapy, you are gently guided into the parts of you that have felt stuck, where even the inner critic begins to shift into something more supportive. My role is not to fix you. It is to help you access the wisest part of you that already knows how to heal. If a part of you is feeling curious and drawn toward this path, trust that. That is where this work begins.
