Who we are

This website, reimaginehealing.co, is run by Life Design by Sarah LLC, doing business as Reimagine Healing Co. Reimagine Healing Co and the re:Embody app are services of Life Design by Sarah LLC, owned by Sarah Burnett, LMHC, 2211 Lee Rd, Suite 210, Winter Park, FL 32789. When this policy says “we,” “us” or “Sarah,” it means Life Design by Sarah LLC.

What we collect

Information you choose to share. When you sign up for the free meditation or our email list, we collect your first name and email address. When you email us, book a call or reach out another way, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email, phone number and message.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or tracking cookies of its own.

Health information and therapy clients

Please don’t share private health details through website forms or email sign-ups. If you become a therapy client, your clinical information is kept separately in a secure, HIPAA-compliant practice management system and is protected under the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive when you begin care. This website policy does not replace that notice.

How we use your information

  • To send you what you asked for, like the free meditation
  • To send occasional emails about healing resources, re:Embody, retreats, events and ways to work with Sarah
  • To answer your questions and schedule appointments
  • To keep the website running safely

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted services to run this site. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy:

  • Ariise for our sign-up forms, email list and appointment booking
  • Render for website hosting
  • YouTube for podcast videos, which load in privacy-enhanced mode only after you press play

These services may use their own cookies when you use their forms, scheduler or videos. Links to other websites, such as our podcast, social media, Soul Journeys or partner products, are governed by those sites’ own policies. Some product links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sarah@reimaginehealing.co. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please share only what you’re comfortable sharing.

Children

This website and our email list are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
