Does this sound familiar?

  • “I know exactly why I do it. I just can’t stop.”
  • “I swore I’d never be like my parents. And then I hear their words come out of my mouth.”
  • “I’ve done the therapy. I’ve read the books. Why do I still feel like this?”
  • “There’s a part of me that is so hard on me.”

You’re not broken. A part of you is still carrying something that was never yours to carry. And when that part is finally heard, it can set it down.

A new way to heal

What if healing didn’t have to feel so hard or take so long? What if the most tender parts of your story weren’t something you dreaded, but something you felt supported and even curious to explore?

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers a gentle yet powerful way to access the parts of yourself that once felt overwhelming, while your body remains deeply regulated and safe.

Through guided journey work and whole-person integration, we help you release patterns that may have felt stuck for years and reconnect with your natural capacity to heal, opening the door to greater clarity, freedom, and self-compassion.

Free guided meditation · 18 minutes

Meet the younger you. Become who you always needed.

There’s a little one inside you still waiting for someone to come back for them. In this meditation, that someone is you.

Sarah’s voice gently guides you home to your younger self, held the whole way by an original score from composer and vibraphonist Chris Dingman. Put in your headphones, close your eyes, and let the music carry you somewhere soft.

  • Meet the part of you that learned to stay small, stay quiet or stay strong just to feel safe
  • Hear the words you always needed: you’re safe, you’re wanted, you’re enough
  • Loosen the old beliefs that whisper “I’m too much” or “I’m not enough”
  • Become the parent you always needed, the person you always needed
  • Let the old pattern end with you, so it isn’t handed down to the ones you love

What you’re carrying

Tap what’s been holding you.

None of these are who you are. They were learned, which means they can loosen. Touch each one and watch it let go.

This is what the work feels like. Not forcing, but loosening. Not decades of managing symptoms, but healing the root, and coming home to who you were before you learned to protect yourself.

See how ketamine helps

How ketamine works

A window where the mind becomes flexible again.

Research shows that ketamine can produce rapid and meaningful shifts in mood, often within hours or days, especially for those who have felt stuck despite years of traditional approaches.

Together, these effects create a powerful window of transformation. The brain becomes more open, the nervous system more receptive, and the inner landscape more accessible. From this place, new patterns can take root. Not forced, but emerging naturally as you reconnect with your truth and a deeper way of being.

Rewire

From winter branches to full bloom.

In the podcast, Dr. Eric describes a healthy neuron like a fall tree: full, colorful and vibrant. Under chronic stress, it can dwindle to small, bare winter branches.

Ketamine prompts the brain to release BDNF, which he calls “kind of like fertilizer for the brain,” so new connections can begin to form. Sarah describes the days after a journey as a window when your brain is “like warmed up clay,” easier to mold. That is why integration matters so much: it’s how new growth takes root.

Where science meets the sacred

Science opens the window. Your inner knowing shows the way.

This work is clinical and it is sacred. Beneath every protective part is a wisdom that lives deep within you: the part of you that knows unconditional love and acceptance. Healing is finding your way back to it.

Your higher self

The intuitive part of you that already knows the way home, and gently guides you into your higher learning. Ketamine can quiet the noise long enough for you to hear it, and trust it.

Energy in motion

Emotions are energy, and your body holds wisdom and memory. What was never felt gets held there. When it is finally welcomed, it can move, and you can feel lighter, clearer, more yourself.

The highest good

Every journey begins with an intention and a surrender: trusting that whatever arises is unfolding for your highest good, even when you can’t yet see why.

The collective

We are all connected, and the people in our lives can be some of our greatest teachers. When one person heals, the ripple reaches their children, their lineage and the collective consciousness we share.

A gentle reminder
“Trust, let go, and be open to the healing process.”

In their words

What healing feels like.

Sarah is an amazing therapist with such a gentle soul. I was really nervous about my first ketamine journey, and Sarah made me feel very supported and nurtured. Ketamine has brought me so much healing and I am so grateful for Sarah’s guidance.

After a few sessions under Sarah’s guidance, I felt as if my brain was no longer stuck on events from my past. What used to be “key events” in my life simply became parts of my past. It’s been absolutely life changing.
BethHypnotherapy for anxiety & phobias
Prior to my first session, I was so guarded and too anxious to give it a shot. Whenever I have a session, I genuinely feel like I’ve known her all of my life. In these last few months, I’ve grown much more than I expected.

Sarah is so insightful and she pushes you in a way that is only going to make you better. She also used hypnotherapy to help me grieve a relationship. I cannot say enough about Sarah Burnett as a therapist.

The science · Therapy Unfiltered, Ep. 107

Ketamine-assisted therapy, unfiltered.

Sarah sits down with Dr. Eric Milbrandt of Oasis Wellness & Recovery to talk through the research: what ketamine is, how it works in the brain, safety, and what a session actually looks like. Tap any chapter to jump right in.

“When the ego dissolves, you step into this spiritual realm. People have met their spirit team, or connected with loved ones who have passed. There’s this more expansive oneness. And when you return, the small things we grip just feel so insignificant.”

A moment with Sarah

Before you go, take one breath with me.

Most people try to think their way out of anxiety. But the nervous system speaks the language of the body first. The 4-7-8 breath is one of my favorite tools for moments of stress, overwhelm or anxious spiraling.

Close your eyes if that’s okay for you.

Inhale for 4 · Hold for 7 · Exhale for 8 · Repeat 4 times

Your next step

If a part of you is curious, trust that.

Perhaps it’s your higher self, gently leading you home. That is where this work begins. A free 20-minute consultation is simply a conversation: a chance to ask questions, be truly heard, and feel into whether this path is yours.
