Who it’s for
Insights, memories or messages came through, and you want to understand them and actually live them.
A challenging journey, recent or years ago, left you with intrusive thoughts, fear or questions you can’t shake.
You felt so open afterward, and now old patterns are creeping back. Integration helps the change take root.
Set your intention, prepare your mindset and setting, and talk through safety, so you arrive grounded and supported.
A different way to see it
Some people are haunted by a “bad trip” for decades. To me, there was just meaning that hadn’t been made yet, and integration that never happened. Psychedelics reveal what you need to heal, and like dreams, sometimes it shows up in an upsetting way.
All feelings are here for a purpose. Anxiety is an alarm bell in your body trying to get your attention. Once your body knows you’re safe, the alarm can quiet and your nervous system can settle. Trust that there are gems buried beneath the dirt.
Understanding integration
Researchers describe integration as “the process by which a psychedelic experience translates into positive changes in daily life.” The journey can open the door. Integration is how you walk through it.
Researchers like Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris describe psychedelics as temporarily relaxing the brain’s most rigid beliefs and habits, so long-held stories like “I’m not enough” can be seen in a new light.
Memories, emotions and younger parts of you can rise to the surface, sometimes for the first time. That’s why a trauma-informed guide matters, before and after.
Many people describe feeling deeply connected to themselves, to others and to something larger. Research suggests the more meaningful a journey feels, the more it tends to help.
The openness after a journey doesn’t last on its own. Integration practices, care and community are what help the change hold.

Microdosing
Microdosing means taking a very small, “sub-perceptual” amount of a psychedelic on a schedule, usually without any noticeable trip. It’s become widely talked about, so here is an honest look.
Many people describe feeling more present, creative, emotionally open and connected, and some say it supports their healing practices.
The strongest studies so far suggest expectation and intention play a big role in how people feel. Researchers are still learning, and more rigorous trials are underway.
Whatever path you choose, intention and integration are what turn an experience into change. Sarah doesn’t provide or guide microdosing, and she’s here to help you make meaning of your experiences.
Curious about a gentler, legal option? Low-dose ketamine sessions with Sarah are prescribed by a physician and guided the whole way.
How we work
Psychedelic experiences can stir up powerful emotions and bring unresolved trauma and childhood wounds to the surface. Sarah is trauma-trained in several modalities and trained as a Psychedelic Somatic Facilitator, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to process it all.
Make room for the emotions, memories and parts of you that came forward, with trauma-informed care.
Unpack the symbols, messages and insights of your journey, and what they’re inviting you toward.
Somatic practices and nervous system regulation help clear residual energy so you feel safe in your skin again.
Mindfulness, embodiment, creative expression and real lifestyle shifts, so the insight becomes how you live.
Ways to work together
One 90-minute session to unpack your psychedelic journey, clear residual energy and integrate what you learned.
Two 90-minute sessions and three 30-minute check-ins to process, make meaning and build practices that last.
Three 90-minute sessions and six 30-minute check-ins for lasting transformation, through every layer that surfaces.
Sarah shares the investment personally on your free consultation. HSA and FSA welcome.
Honestly, Sarah has been far more than I expected a therapist to be. She is down-to-earth, welcoming, and her energy is a joy to be around. In these last few months, I’ve grown much more than I expected. She holds me accountable for my own growth, making sure I’m getting true results.
